When you work with us, you will be assigned a project manager who will conduct all the required risk assessments and develop a bespoke machinery installation strategy tailored to the exact requirements of your business, handling your move from beginning to completion.

Senior Project Manager ConstructionFrequently Asked Questions
What utilities and M&E connections are required for a professional machinery installation?
A professional installation requires precise coordination of all Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services. This typically includes 3-phase electrical drops, compressed air lines (pneumatics), hydraulic cooling systems, and specialized extraction ducting. AIS VIG Industrial works directly with your internal maintenance teams or external utility providers to ensure all connection points are positioned exactly to OEM specifications before the machinery is bolted and leveled.
How do you ensure the precision leveling and alignment of heavy industrial machinery?
We use high-precision leveling tools, including optical levels and digital inclinometers, to ensure your machinery is perfectly aligned to the manufacturer’s tolerances. This is critical for preventing premature wear on bearings and ensuring the accuracy of high-speed production lines or CNC centers. Once positioned, we secure the assets using specialist chemical anchors or mechanical floor fixings to prevent vibration-induced shifting during operation.
Do you provide a 'Turnkey' machinery installation service for imported equipment?
Yes. We specialise in ‘Turnkey’ installations for machinery imported from overseas. This end-to-end service includes collecting the equipment from the port (ensuring it is in ISPM 15 compliant crates), transporting it to your facility, offloading with our specialist lifting gear, and performing the complete mechanical assembly and positioning.
Crucially, AIS VIG Industrial can also manage the full commissioning process, providing a seamless transition from delivery to production. We ensure all installations are fully compliant with PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998), allowing for a safe and certified handover to your operational team.
The responsiveness and professionalism of the VIG office in managing the project, the crane company and issuing very comprehensive RAMS was extremely helpful in enabling the potentially high risk works to be approved by the safety officers within the end user client at this critically important site. Thanks to you and all your Team for managing the Lift & Shift and Crane Lift works professionally, safely and efficiently. I look forward to undertaking the next stage of works with you all.
