Under our Principal Contractor role, we supplied skilled labour and handling systems to support all relocation requirements, including disconnection, match-marking and dismantling of all machinery in Mexico and Romania.

We completed a full survey of equipment in Mexico and Romania by our M&E team, and a controls specialist surveyed and reviewed all equipment and conditions.

Complete statement of work and terms agreed with the client Multi-discipline site team including a full-time VIG project manager appointed for this entire project.

Packing, shipping, health & safety, environmental and commercial controls all managed entirely by our VIG Project Management team including reinstallation of machinery in each country using the same team for continuity, knowledge and 100% familiarity.
